EQUIPMENT WARRANTY POLICY, PARTS WARRANTY, RETURN POLICY ON PARTS & MISSING PARTS

Equipment Warranty - All Equipment Models

  1. 1 year warranty on parts, excluding bulbs, glass, all gaskets, sliding doors, customer abuse and parts abuse
  2. 90 days labor on the unit (when the unit ships directly to the customer).
  3. Call Custom Deli's for service is the unit is under warranty. If customer calls another service company instead, Custom Deli's will not pay for the invoice.

Warranty Parts

  1. All parts are covered under warranty for 90 days only, excluding glass and bulbs, if the part fails within that time. Please call the Parts Dept to receive a RMA number.
  2. Without a RMA number, credit will not be issued. Once the RMA is issued, you have 10 working days to return the part. After 10 days, we will not accept the return.
  3. We, at Cutom Deli's, will not pay for shipping charges on any returned part.
  4. We need to know when the part was ordered and the PO number.
  5. Once we receive the defective part, we will send it to our warranty department for inspection to check if it is under warranty.
  6. Once the warranty is determined valid, the customer will have the following choices:
    -Receive credit on their account for the amount of the part only
    -Receive a check for the part only, if customer is a COD account.
    -To replace the part with a new one.

Parts Return

  1. All parts returned to Custom Deli's require a call to our Parts Department for a RMA number. WIthout a RMA number, credit will not be issued. All parts returned will be inspected before any credit is issued.
  2. RMA numbers will be issued if the parts were returned within 90 days of purchase. After 90 days, we will not accept any returned parts. Once the RMA is issued, you have 10 working days to return the part. After 10 days, no return will be accepted.
  3. There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all returned parts.
  4. Custom Deli's will not pay for shipping charges on any part that is returned.

Parts Not Received with Original Order or Parts Received Damaged

  1. Once the customer receives a parts order, they have 3 business days to notify Custom Deli's if any of the parts order is missing or damaged during shipment.
  2. If the order has missing or damaged parts, we will replace the part at no charge to the customer. All damaged parts will ship ground service only. We do not pay for any labor or travel charges for parts that are shipped incorrectly.
  3. After 3 business days, we will not honor any replacement on any parts order.
