Custom Deli’s is a true Made in America success story. Owner, President Leo Garcia is a Korean War Veteran who after spending 15 years working for Corporate Supermarkets as a Delicatessen Supervisor, Merchandiser and Buyer, in 1987 established a manufacturing company specializing in supermarket delicatessen equipment located in Ft. Worth, Texas.
Owner/Secretary Treasurer Yolanda R. Garcia married Leo Garcia in 1958, worked all through their marriage while raising 4 children. Together they created a business to be proud of.
CEO Kent Severe has been with the company since the beginning and has been an integral part of the success. His is another true American story. Starting in shipping and receiving to his time helping to build the equipment and then in sales. Kent has been CEO for 16 years, helping to make the company continue to grow.
V.P. of Production Danny Riza has been in the business for nearly 50 years. He has done everything from building to designing. Danny has also been with the company since the beginning.
Executive Comptroller/Office Manager Yvette Aleman oversees accounts payable, accounts receivable and the busy office staff. She has been with the company 26 years and during that time she made it her mission to learn everything there is about Custom Deli’s.
