EQUIPMENT WARRANTY POLICY
WARRANTY PARTS, RETURN POLICY ON PARTS &
MISSING PARTS ORDER
Equipment Warranty – All Equipment Models
- 1 year on parts, excluding bulbs, glass, all gaskets, sliding doors, customer abuse and parts abuse by the customer.
- 90 days labor on the unit, ( when the unit ships directly to the customer)
- Customer needs to call Custom Deli’s for service if the unit is under warranty, if customer calls another service company instead of Custom Deli’s, we will not pay for the invoice.
- All parts are covered under warranty for 90 days only, excluding glass and bulbs. If a part fails within the 90 days. Please call the parts dept. to receive a RMA number.
- Without a RMA number, credit will not be issued. Once the RMA is issued , you have 10 working days to return the part. After the 10 days, we will not accept the part return.
- We at Custom Deli’s will not pay for shipping charge on any returned part.
- We need to know when the part was ordered and the PO number.
- Once we receive the defective part back we will send it to our warranty department for inspection to see if the part is covered under warranty.
- Once we have determined if the part is covered under warranty, the customer will have the following choices:
-Receive credit on their account for the amount of the part only.
-Receive a check for the part only, if customer is a COD account.
-To replace the part with a new one.
- All parts needing to be returned to Custom Deli’s require a call to our Parts Department to receive a RMA number. Without a RMA number credit will not be issued. All parts returned will be inspected before any credit will be issued.
- RMA numbers will be issued if the parts were purchased within 90 days, after 90 days we will not accept any returned parts. Once the RMA is issued, you have 10 working days to return the part. After the 10 days, we will not accept the return.
- There will be a restocking fee of 25% on all returned parts.
- Custom Deli’s will not pay for shipping charges on any part that is returned.
Parts Not Received with Original order/or Parts received damaged
- Once the customer receives a parts order, they have 3 business days to notify Custom Deli’s if any of the parts order is missing or damaged during shipment.
- If the order has missing or damaged parts, we will replace the part at no charge to the customer. All damaged parts will ship ground service only. We do not pay for any labor or travel charges for parts that were shipped incorrectly.
- After 3 business days, we will not honor any replacement on any parts order.
